I have searched and used different kind of filters. This one is the best for apartment houses. The water comes out faster and the quality is just like the merchant describes, clean. I have recomended this for another family member of mine and he was happy with this filter as well. The price is great as well!
Description of Countertop Carbon Block Water Filter Purifier - Great for apartments, dorms, RV's or travel
A great water filter value, designed for chlorine treated water supplies - provides excellent filtration of up to 2500 gallons at an affordable price. Outstanding performance is achieved by using a replaceable 1.0 micron Solid Carbon Block filter cartridge. This cartridge removes particulates as small as 1.0 micron and filters chlorine taste and odor, sediment, rust, and particulate matter for sweet, clear, great-tasting water. The long lasting replaceable water filter cartridge (pre-installed) provides 2,500 Gallons (about a year at 7 gallons per day!) of great- tasting, crystal clear water. That`s about 3 cents/gallon without lugging bottles around! We recommend annual replacement of the water filter cartridges. This counter top unit sits on the counter and easily connects to most any kitchen faucet. A diverter valve replaces the aerator on your faucet. In the regular position, water exits straight through its own aerator. When filtered water is desired, turn on the cold water and pull out on the diverter valve knob - water is routed through the filter and out its own swivel spout. Uses a replaceable carbon block cartridge (included), in a single space-saving housing. This cartridge with a nominal 5 micron filtration rating, high dirt-holding capacity. A high porosity design helps prevent the cartridge from plugging before its adsorption capacity is exhausted, maximizing the utilization of the carbon while maintaining low pressure drop, chlorine taste & odor reduction. Flow rate is .75 to 1 gallon per minute. For cold water use only, includes two diverter adapters, spout, chrome diverter valve. Important Notice: Countertop units will not connect to pull out faucets. If your main faucet is a pull out faucet you will need an undercounter water filter units.Water Filtration Tools
